   Thank you for offering to discuss your donation with the Village of Shorewood. If your donation is a Village pre-identified item, this form is not required. If a donation is not pre-approved by the Village submission on this form is required. After the form is received, the Village Manager will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss the donation in conjunction with Policy 45 Donations.
