Chief Gass Oversees Lieutenant Bill Cary

Chief Gass oversees Lieutenant Bill Cary working on some reports. Cary is the 2nd longest tenured officer known in the history of the SPD. He became an officer in 1935 and became chief in 1977. Cary retired in 1980 after having served more than 45 years.
