  • If the citation specifically states "Must Appear," or is checked "Yes," then you must appear when scheduled.

  • Yes, if the court clerk is notified before the assigned court date, 1 adjournment is allowed by the court clerk. Subsequent adjournments must be approved before the judge.

  • If served personally, the Municipal Court will find you guilty by default and you will be ordered to pay the forfeiture. If you were served by mail, a warrant will be issued requiring your appearance.
