The company, Avalon, was selected to complete the project after the Village Board and staff issued a Request for Proposal and reviewed applicants.
Once the scanning is finished, the property files will be returned to Village Hall where they will remain stored. Staff is excited for residents to be able to access their home's information 24/7 from any internet-connected device, once the project is completed.
