The Village is so pleased at the feedback from our neighbors. We received 621 responses to the survey and are glad to report that an overwhelming majority of respondents reported high satisfaction with life in the Village (the services they receive from Village staff, events and programs available to our community, and high perceptions of neighborhood conditions).
This year, the Village added a comment field to every section, allowing respondents to record their thoughts on a particular subject before changing gears to another area of the report. We are glad to receive this feedback and evaluate with our Department Heads in an effort to continuously improve.
