[ARCHIVED] 2023 Community Survey Now Available

customer-satisfaction-online-survey-form

Your answers will help direct Village officials as they establish policies for the type and level of services to be provided.

Every household in the Village will receive access to this survey either online or by hard copy at designated areas. All responses are CONFIDENTIAL and you will not be asked to record your name anywhere on the survey. The information from the survey will be used to provide summaries along with trends from previous surveys completed in 2008, 2013, 2016, and 2019. Your feedback is extremely valuable, so we ask that you take a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire. We sincerely appreciate and value your opinion.

Each household is being asked to answer the survey according to their opinions. Those unable to take the survey online can request a hard copy of the survey by calling the Village Manager’s office at 414-847-2705, or by picking one up at the Library or Village Hall.

Should you have any questions about the survey, or if you would like more information about the project, please contact Assistant Village Manager Chris Anderson by telephone at 414-847-2705, or by email at canderson@shorewoodwi.gov. For the citizen involvement process to be most effective, we are asking each household to please complete the survey between Thursday, May 18 and Friday, June 23, 2023. A report of the survey results will be made available to the public by August at Village Hall and on the Village website (www.villageofshorewood.org).

Thank you for your participation and helping make Shorewood a great community.
