Join with your friends and neighbors and enjoy the spring weather, Saturday, April 8 at 9:00 am at Hubbard Park.
Sponsored and organized by the Shorewood Men’s Club, there will be 3 separate areas and separate release times for the following groups of kids:
- (1) Newborn to 3 years old;
- (2) 4 to 6 year olds;
- (3) 7 to 10 year olds.
There will be over 10,000 eggs to find and the Easter Bunny will be there for pictures.
All are welcome, and the event is free (although donations to the SMC to help defray event costs are encouraged and gratefully accepted). Please note: vehicle parking in the lot at Hubbard Park is limited, so families may want to bike or walk to the Park, or (if driving) arrive early, to find street parking or parking spots in River Park. Families should plan to arrive at the park well before 9:00, as the scramble for eggs starts promptly at 9:00 am The eager young egg hunters work very fast, so you won’t want to arrive late.
