The project will be completed in phases in an effort to limit traffic disruption to the extent possible.

DAYTIME LANE CLOSURES AND TRAFFIC BACKUPS SHOULD BE EXPECTED.

  • Phase 1A:            Estabrook Parkway to N. Larkin Street

Closure of East Bound Left Lane

Closure of West Bound Left Lane 

  • Phase 1B:            N. Newhall St. to N. Frederick Avenue

Closure of East Bound Left Lane

Closure of West Bound Left Lane

Closure of Center Line

  • Phase 1C:            N. Maryland to N. Downer

Closure of Center Line

  • Phase 1D:            N. Downer Ave. to N. Lake Drive

Closure of Center Line

  • Phase 2A:            N. Lake Drive to N. Downer Ave.

Closure of Outside Lanes / Bike / Parking Lanes

  • Phase 2B:            N. Downer Ave. to N. Maryland Ave.

Closure of Right Turn Lanes / Bike / Parking Lanes

  • Phase 2C:            N. Frederick Ave.  to N. Newhall St.

Closure of Right Turn Lanes / Bike / Parking Lanes

  • Phase 2D:            N. Larkin St. to Estabrook Parkway

Closure of West Bound Right Lane

Closure of East Bound Right Lane

Work is weather dependent and expected to be completed in approximately six weeks. Access to businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Street parking will be accessible through the majority of the project; areas may be restricted immediately adjacent to active work zones.
