The amendment notably consolidated use categories and modified required parking ratios. Dwelling and lodging uses, including hotels, single-family, duplex and multi-family buildings, will all now require the same one parking stall per unit standard. Thresholds for uses within the business district under 2,500 sq. ft. were established to exempt the Village’s small-scale tenants from being required to provide off-street parking.
