[ARCHIVED] Welcome to the New Online Parking Management System

Effective Tuesday, August 17, 2021, the Village will be transitioning to a new online parking and citation management system. To facilitate the transition, we will close down the online parking portal at 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 12 and open the new portal on Tuesday, August 17. During this closure, the public will not have access to purchase monthly parking nor register for a single overnight parking night. The Police Department is aware and will not enforce any overnight parking violations during this system closure.

The new system (AIMS) will open Tuesday, August 17 for online monthly renewals and single overnight parking. The first time, please enter through the Village website ( and choose your option from the link in the left sidebar. You will then be directed to the AIMS portal where you will need to create a new account. If you have a parking permit for August 2021, your permit history and current information will pull over and you can renew your permit. If you have not already done so, you will have until August 20 to complete the renewal process.

Please direct any questions or comments to the Police Department at 414.847.2610 or the Clerk/Customer Service Department at 414.847.2601.
