2021 Alley Reconstruction Program
Work is continuing. Construction of the five alleys in the first phase is nearing completion. Supply issues have impacted the materials necessary for the construction of the remaining two "green" alleys. Affected residents will be notified prior to the start of work in these alleys. Frederick Watermain Relay
This program is now underway. Construction began earlier this week and will include the installation of new watermain and copper services in the 3800-3900 blocks of Frederick Avenue. Nine property owners have elected to participate in the optional private lead service replacement. Upon completion of utility improvements, the roadway will be resurfaced. Updates can be found on the

Oakland Avenue Resurfacing
This project is scheduled to begin Monday, July 19, weather permitting. The work will include the repair of areas of deteriorating concrete roadway and the installation of a new asphalt driving surface on N. Oakland Avenue from E. Capitol Drive south to E.
