[ARCHIVED] 2021 Fourth of July Celebration

Fourth of July 2018 Logo

The Village of Shorewood is coordinating a Fourth of July celebration for the community in 2021.  Currently, Fourth of July Coordinator Sarah DeNeve is accepting proposals from interested community groups, businesses, entertainers, bands, and vendors to be in the parade.  The parade will be the same route on Oakland Avenue starting at 3:00 p.m.  You can contact Sarah at

For 2021, fireworks will occur at Estabrook Park.  The Village Board determined during a previous meeting that the Village may not be able to host the fireworks celebration at Atwater Park safely due to a number of people yet to be vaccinated. The northern end of the soccer fields will be where the fireworks are setup.  The fireworks celebration will still be at 9:30 p.m. or dusk.  However, there will be no music or program for this year.

If you have any questions, please direct them to Assistant Village Manager Tyler Burkart at 414-847-2705 or via email at
