In-Person Absentee Voting
The first day to vote in-person absentee is Tuesday, February 2. Please remember a phot ID is required for in-person absentee voting.

Absentee voting will be held in the Village Center (3920 N. Murray Ave. - Lower Level of the Library). You can vote any of the following times:
  • Monday, February 2 through Thursday February 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, February 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Mailed Absentee Ballots
Those that would like to request a mailed absentee ballot can do so by visiting My Vote Wisconsin online or submitting a paper application. Please remember to include a photo ID in your submission. The last day to request an absentee ballot to be mailed is Thursday, February 11 by 5:00 p.m. Ballots can no longer be emailed with the exception of military and overseas voters. If you need assistance obtaining a witness signature, call Mary Jo McDonald at 414.962.8195.

Instructions on Photo Identification
All Wisconsin voters must show an acceptable photo ID before voting. This includes voters at polling places and many absentee voters. The address on your photo ID does NOT have to be your current address and the name on your ID does NOT need to be an exact match to your name in the poll book (such as an abbreviated name). Visit BringIt.WI.gov for more information!

The following photo IDs are acceptable (as long the ID did not expire before the last Fall General Election).
  • Wisconsin Driver License, even if revoked or suspended Wisconsin Identification Card issued by the DMV (available for free) A Military ID card issued by a U.S. uniformed service
  • A U.S. Passport
  • An identification card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe in Wisconsin (can be used even if expired, regardless of expiration date)
  • A selfie is not considered photo ID
