Due to the concerns of COVID-19, the Village Board discussed Trick-or-Treat during their October 5 meeting.
The Village Board voted 7-0 to refrain from setting official Trick-or-Treat hours this year and encourage residents to continue following the North Shore Health Department (NSHD) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Community members should find alternative ways to celebrate the Halloween holiday this year. This decision was made to continue Shorewood's efforts to support the public health and safety for our community.
Thank you to all community members who continue to obey and follow the State emergency orders, Village Code, and the CDC guidelines about social distancing and wearing masks.
