Fourth of July 2018 Logo

The Village of Shorewood issued a request for proposals (RFP) inviting community members to offer their help in coordinating the Fourth of July parade and celebration.

The role consists of organizing the parade route by contacting entertainers, community groups, businesses, elected/appointed officials, and other community members. Fundraising efforts are also needed to help minimize public dollars to be spent on the celebration activities. The coordinator will also be responsible for the entertainment lineup and program at Atwater Park prior to the fireworks.

Any questions can be directed to Assistant Village Manager Tyler Burkart at 414.847.2705 or via email at Proposals are due by Friday, February 14.
