[ARCHIVED] Holiday Office Hours and Services

Facility Holiday Hours

Village Hall, DPW, the Police Department offices, the Library and all Village Center services (Senior Resource Center, Health Department) will be closed during these business days in recognition of the upcoming holidays:

  • Tuesday, December 24
  • Wednesday, December 25
  • Tuesday, December 31
  • Wednesday, January 1

In addition, the North Shore Health Department offices will be closed after 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23 and Monday, December 30.


DPW Collections

Refuse and recycling collections will be delayed by two days the weeks of December 23 and 30 for only Tuesday and Wednesday collections. Monday collections will not see a delay in collections. Collections will return to their normal schedule the week of January 6. There will be no special collections for the weeks of December 23 and 30. Overnight On-Street Parking Restrictions

The Shorewood Police Department will be removing overnight on-street parking restrictions for the mornings (3 - 5 a.m.) of December 20 through January 1. This means the last date to request a permission for 2019 was the morning of December 19 and the first date to request a permission for 2020 is the morning of January 2.
