Join us for the 5th annual Fish and Feather Festival offering a host of family-friendly activities designed to entertain and educate. The festival is located in Hubbard Park on Saturday, October 5 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Among the many unique activities, attendees can borrow waders to walk in the river and get an up-close look at the giant salmon swimming upstream, try their hand at fly fishing with Trout Unlimited, decorate birdhouses and pumpkins and enjoy the music and food for purchase at Hubbard Park Lodge. There will be over 20 interactive booths of local groups with birds, reptiles and other animals. Don’t forget to visit the Hubbard Park Beer Garden if you’d like to wet your whistle. You can also participate in a Milwaukee River Adopt-A-River clean-up with Milwaukee Riverkeeper meeting at 9:00 a.m. at the south end of Estabrook Park.
