[ARCHIVED] Traffic Control Plans for Oakland Avenue

Crews will be setting up traffic control measures and start necessary restoration work along Oakland Avenue tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 29.  If all work goes as planned, crews will be finished by Friday, May 3.  Click here to see the specific traffic control plans.

Crews will place and remove traffic control equipment and parking restrictions as needed to maximize available parking throughout the duration of their work.  If the work does end up going past May 3, crews will safeguard the area as needed and remove the majority or all the traffic control equipment/no parking signs for the weekend. In the event that a steel plate would be left on the roadway they will barrel the area and notify the village.

Please have vehicles moved off of Oakland Avenue and adjacent streets as detailed in the attached traffic control plan by 6:00 a.m. Monday morning (April 29) to avoid ticketing and or towing at the owner’s expense.

Thank you for your time and cooperation in this and should you have any questions feel free to contact the Village Building Inspector at 414.847.2640, or by email at
