The Village of Shorewood is hosting a public information meeting to provide an update on the proposed reconstruction of Wilson Drive. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 29 from 6-8 p.m. The meeting will be held in the lower level of the Village Center (3920 N. Murray Avenue). All residents received a mailed postcard informing them about the meeting.
The first portion of the meeting will be a short presentation starting at 6:15 p.m. to inform the public on some of the proposed designs. The remaining portion of the meeting will be an open house to allow residents and interested parties to ask questions and provide feedback. The designs being proposed directly reflect the work of the Wilson Drive Community Task Force, feedback already provided by residents, traffic data, and engineering analysis.
