To be an Election Inspector (also known as a poll worker), a person must:
Election Inspectors help ensure an open, accurate, and fair election. Some of the duties include issuing ballots, registering voters, monitoring the voting equipment, and completing required paperwork. Training is provided.
If you are interested in serving the Village of Shorewood in this capacity, please complete an Election Inspector Interest Form and submit it to the Village Clerk by mail, dropped off in the Customer Service area of Village Hall, or placed in the white mailbox in the Village Hall parking lot.
