Sewer Rates

Due to ongoing infrastructure improvements, the sewer utility usage rates increased with the February 2026 billing cycle:

$14.26 per 1,000 gallons of water used
$20.06 quarterly service charge

A temporary water shut-off at the curb stop may be requested. Please click for form to request temporary water shut-off at the curb. A re-connection fee will apply.

Final Read Charges

Are you or a tenant moving? At your request, our staff will provide a final read and/or billing. Please call 414-847-2602 to schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Charges apply as follows:

$70: Utility personnel performs a meter reading and an interim bill is issued. Please click for form to schedule Utility staff final meter read.
$35: an interim bill is issued based upon meter information you provide over the telephone. Please click for form to provide interim bill with owner-supplied meter read.

Utility Bills Are Issued Quarterly
