The water use charge per 100 cubic foot is $3. Meter connection charges are found below:

Sewer Rates

In preparation for the Southeast Area Combined Sewer Improvements, the sewer utility usage rates increased January 1, 2022:

$7.00 per 100 cubit feet of water used
$12.25 quarterly service charge

Request Temporary Shut-off

A temporary water shut-off at the curb stop may be requested. Please click for form to request temporary water shut-off at the curb. A re-connection fee will apply.

Final Read Charges

Are you or a tenant moving? At your request, our staff will provide a final read and/or billing. Please call 414-847-2650 to schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Charges apply as follows:

$70: our Utility personnel comes to your home to read the meter and an interim bill is issued. Please click for form to schedule Utility staff final meter read.
$35: an interim bill is issued based upon meter information you provide over the telephone. Please click for form to provide interim bill with owner-supplied meter read.

Utility Bills Are Issued Quarterly
