Utility Bill FAQ
To pay your utility bill, please visit: InvoiceCloud
Autopay:
Please visit: InvoiceCloud. Once logged into the Utility Payment Portal, you can select autopay and put in your payment information.
Payment Plan:
To be put on a payment plan, please contact the department of Public Works at (414) 847-2650

Updating information

Changing the name on your account
To change the name on your account, please fill out the form at this link: www.villageofshorewood.org/request
Please be advised that changing your name will trigger a new customer file to be created. You may receive a notice that your previous account has been "conveyed".This is the systems designation that the old customer account, with the previous name, has been deactivated.
If you were previously enrolled in paperless billing, or had automatic payment set-up, you must re-register your account under the new name after the next bill has been posted and the online portal is updated with the new information.
Unintended Use Policy
The Village has an unintended use policy which can offer some release in these situations. Please contact the Department of Public Works to review your account at (414) 847-2650.
Streetlight Fee
For questions regarding the streetlight fee on your utility bill, please contact the Village Manager at (414) 847 -2701.
Public Fire Fee
Public Fire Fees are $20.88 per quarter
Sewer Usage Fee
Sewer Usage Fees are $14.26 per 1,000 gallons + $20.06 quarterly service charge
Late Fee
Late Fees are approximately 2.5% of your total bill.
New Owner
Please submit an online request to change the name on the account for your new home at the following link: www.villageofshorewood.org/request
Once this is done, the name will be updated with the next billing cycle. At that time, we also encourage you to register your account through the online payment portal at http://www.villageofshorewood.org/
Moving Out
Please fill out the form at the following link stating you are moving out: www.villageofshorewood.org/request
Sold Property - Last Bill
Utility bills will always be the responsibility of the current owner. Any interim costs for services not yet billed are settled between the parties at closing.
Sold Property - Prorated Bill
The Village does not issue prorated bills. Interim charges are settled at closing.
