The purpose of establishing minimum standards for qualifications and responsibilities of persons and businesses to obtain licenses, credentials, or registrations is to protect public and employee health, safety, and welfare as stated in Chapter 305 State of Wisconsin Safety and Professional Services Administrative Code.
