Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration Services - Benjamin Center Renovation Project
The Shorewood Senior Resource Center (SRC) is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide architectural design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the renovation of the former North Shore Health Department space within the Shorewood Village Center into the Benjamin Center — a flexible, welcoming community hub serving older adults and the broader community. The selected firm will serve as Architect of Record and will be responsible for project design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration services through project completion.

Planning for Neighborhood Greenways and Development of a Traffic Calming Program
The Village of Shorewood is seeking consultant services to develop and implement a public planning process to prepare recommendations, designs and budgetary estimates for the development of neighborhood greenway infrastructure on roadways within its transportation network. The consultant will also be tasked with developing a program to review requests for implementing traffic calming within the village. Expertise in civil and traffic engineering is required, along with previous experience in designing and implementing neighborhood greenways and traffic calming measures within urban environments.

Request for Quotes - 2026 Ash Removal Program
The Village of Shorewood is seeking tree removal quotes for its 2026 Ash Removal Program. The Village has allocated funding for the removal of 30 select ash trees as part of ongoing efforts to manage the effects of Emerald Ash Borer. The project in its entirety will be awarded to a single contractor only. If the quotes obtained exceed the available budget, the Village may elect to reduce the number of trees removed.
