In an effort to afford more residents an opportunity to join us for Coffee with a Cop, we will be rotating the meeting times. The next Coffee with a Cop is on Thursday, May 27 at 6:00 a.m. at the Cafe area located inside of Metro Market (4075 N Oakland Ave). Officers from the Shorewood Police Department will be present to discuss community issues, answer questions from the community, and build relationships. This “Coffee with a Cop” event provides an opportunity for community members to learn more about the Shorewood Department’s work and role in the community. “Coffee with a Cop” events also help break down barriers and allow for a relaxed interaction with police officers. Please join us at Metro Market for this event. We encourage our community to take this opportunity to ask questions and get to know our officers.
