The Community Development Authority suspended new applications for the Business Loan Program at their April 5, 2019 meeting.
The Business Loan Program has been established by the Community Development Authority and Village Board to assist businesses and property owners in financing business expansion and startup projects, consistent with the economic development goals of the Village.
The Program is an important component of the Village of Shorewood’s economic development toolbox, which also includes the façade grant program and redevelopment project incentives.
The Program is administered by the Village’s Business Improvement District with review by Village staff and approval from the Community Development Authority. For more information, please reference the Program Manual.
