The Shorewood Police Department began operations on Thursday, June 17, 1920. Today, the Shorewood Police Department continues to provide service and protection to its citizens. Throughout the years, though personnel has changed and even the building in 2017, the Department's commitment and dedication to the community it serves has remained.
