  1. Shorewood Connects Annual Spring Yard Clean-Up

    May 4, 2019, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Meet at Kingo Lutheran Church

    The 8th annual Spring Clean-up Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Those that participate will receive a free t-shirt, breakfast, and Culver's frozen custard. Volunteers are asked to meet at Kingo Lutheran Church. Those that would like to participate are asked to sign-up by April 30 by texting YARD19 to 313131 or contacting Vashti Lozier at vashtilozier@gmail.com or calling 414.378.6073. Shorewood residents in need of assistance should contact Senior Resource Center Coordinator Elizabeth Price at 414.847.2727.

  2. Shorewood Woman's Club Wearable Art Show

    May 4, 2019, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM @ Village Center

    The 15th annual Wearable Art Show will be Saturday, May 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Shorewood Village Center (lower level). The event is sponsored by the Shorewood Woman's Club. There will be a variety of vendors, ranging from jewelry, purses, shawls, scarves, pins, and hats. A $2 donation is encouraged. Funds will be used for a scholarship benefit. A bake sale and coffee will also be present. If you have questions, call 414.964.8448.

  3. First Ride and Bike Rodeo

    May 4, 2019, 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM @ Atwater Elementary School

    Join the Shorewood Recreation Department, North Shore Health Department, Pinnacle Bike Shop, North Shore Fire Rescue and Shorewood Police Department at the Atwater Elementary School west playground for two bicycle education events. Both events are free for Shorewood residents ($5 for non-residents), but pre-registration is required (call the Rec Department at 414.963.6913 x 4 or visit shorewoodrecreation.org). The Shorewood Senior Resource Center will be installing bike bells courtesy of the Shorewood Men's Club. Free helmet fittings are included. Noon-1:30 p.m. First Ride Ages 3 & up: Children will learn to ride a two-wheeled bike with the proven "balancing first" method. 2-3:30 p.m. Bike Rodeo Grades 2-6: This clinic will educate parents and children on bike safety, traffic rules and more.
