On March 20, the Village Board approved a contract with GovHR USA to begin the recruitment and selection process for a new Village Manager. Lee Szymborski with GovHR will be the lead recruiter.
One of the first steps of the process will begin on Thursday, April 20 at 6 p.m. when GovHR will lead a community meeting to discuss qualities and characteristics the public would like in their next Village Manager. The community meeting will be held in the Village Center lower level.
Information shared during this community meeting will be used for the candidate profile and throughout the recruitment and selection process.
