do not develop park land and adjacent land on Wilson Dr. for future condo development but rather use the land for recreational purposes and enhancement of the community.

It would appear to me that a bookstore is wanted within the community. With new development, population density and location so close to UWM, it would appear to me that the area is ripe for a business such as Half-Price Books. Has anyone contacted them to see if they would be interested in existing properties or possibly the new development spaces? Seems like a win-win.
