In-person absentee voting will take place at Village Hall starting Monday, October 1 during regular business hours, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; and will conclude Friday, November 2 at 5 p.m.
Absentee ballots are now available for mailing. If you would like a ballot mailed to you, you may submit a request through My Vote Wisconsin. You may be required to attach a copy of your Photo ID.
The process to register is easy. Simply go to http://myvote.wi.gov and click "Register to Vote" to begin the process. Once you have completed your entry, you can print, sign, and mail your registration form, along with proof of residence, through October 16, 2018. The website will provide you with information about what forms of proof of residence are acceptable.

The Village of Shorewood is looking to expand its list of Election Inspectors (also known as poll workers). To be an Election Inspector, a person must:
Election Inspectors help ensure an open, accurate, and fair election. Some of the duties include issuing ballots, registering voters, monitoring the voting equipment, and completing required paperwork. Election inspectors do receive training and a stipend for their services.
