North Shore Bank Project 2016- 4060 Oakland

North Shore Bank has a long history in Shorewood, partnering with the community for 93 years. It actually started in 1923 by a group of local teachers in the backroom of Perkins Hardware Store on what is now Capitol Drive in Shorewood.

There are two locations currently in the community, at 4414 N. Oakland Avenue and 3970 N. Oakland Ave.  North Shore Bank identified a need to consolidate the two banks at a location between each current bank. When the 4060 Oakland property became available, the bank knew they had the perfect location.  The community is pleased that the two businesses currently at 4060 Oakland are relocating within Shorewood.
