Customer Service Department

The Customer Service Department provides a one stop opportunity for our residents to take care of all their basic requests.  The Customer Service Department works closely with the Village Clerk's Office and other departments to provide seamless services to our residents.  Services are available in person, by mail or on-line as noted:

  • Learn about beekeeping in the Village
  • License your dog or cat (by mail or in person)
  • License your bicycle (by mail or in person)
  • Pay your utility bill (by mail, in person or on-line)
  • Pay your property taxes (by mail, in person or on-line)
  • Pay your miscellaneous receivable/invoice (by mail, in person or on-line)
  • Register your vehicle for temporary, over-night, on-street parking (on-line)

  • Request an absentee ballot (by mail or in person)
  • Schedule a block party (by mail or in person)
  • Tour public buildings - please call Customer Service to be connected to the appropriate staff person
