The Village of Shorewood, Wisconsin is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants for design services for the Village’s planned 2021 reconstruction of the Hubbard Park parking lot.
Project Background and Summary
The parking lot is located at the intersection of N. Morris Boulevard and E. Menlo Boulevard and provides surface parking for the adjacent Hubbard Park and the Hubbard Park Lodge restaurant and event facility. The lot is approximately 17,500 square feet and includes a central walkway area of failing brick pavers. It is anticipated this area will be evaluated for green infrastructure installation(s).
